To meet the customer requirements ZestyBeanz made use of a Joomla module named 'Event Booking' as front end for customer communications and a customized OpenERP module as backend for managing Events. The module helps in synchronization of events and registration between Joomla and OpenERP using XML-RPC. Events as a part of various marketing activities are created in OpenERP. The events are then imported from OpenERP and published in Joomla. Customers can register in Joomla for various events published and these details are imported into OpenERP where further processing and analysis for various marketing activities takes place.
