Support Analyst

  • Manage support queue on multiple projects.
  • Ensure timely communication for ongoing tickets.
  • Provide clear task prioritization to developers when there are competing projects and client priorities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly skilled working knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, Tally, ERP cources, photoshop and web designing
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP software preferred.
  • Should be able to conduct requirements study and document the same.


Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or related field
