How to Use Purchase Receipts in Odoo 18 Accounting

Enabling Purchase Receipts in Odoo 18
Go to Accounting.
Navigate to Configuration → Settings.
Scroll to the Vendor Bills section.
Enable Purchase Receipt.
Click Save.
Once enabled, a new Receipts sub-menu will appear under the Vendors tab.
Creating a Purchase Receipt
Go to Accounting → Vendors → Receipts.
Click New to create a new receipt.
Fill in the necessary details (supplier, products, quantities, etc.).
Save the record.
Click Confirm to validate the receipt.
Editing a Purchase Receipt
If changes are required after confirmation:
Click Reset to Draft.
Make the necessary modifications.
Re-confirm the receipt.
